Supporting College Students
Supporting College Students During a Time of Growth, Transition, and Self-Discovery
College life can be really exciting, but it’s also a bit overwhelming, right? You’re in a whole new environment, dealing with more challenging academics, and trying to make new friends. On top of that, you’re also getting used to living away from home and taking on more responsibilities. It’s a time of growth, but it can also bring a lot of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. I totally get how tough it can be to juggle everything – the academic pressure, social expectations, and being independent for the first time. If you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling down, or having a hard time adjusting to all of the changes, just know that you’re not alone. These are all pretty common challenges we face, and it’s okay to ask for help. I’m here to help you navigate through these unique challenges.
Whether you’re stressed about academics, struggling with relationships, or just dealing with all sorts of emotions, I’ve got your back. I understand how overwhelming it can be to balance everything, and I’m here to offer some guidance and strategies to make things a bit easier for you. I’ve also worked with student-athletes, so I know the extra pressures that come with balancing sports, school, and personal life. It’s a lot to handle, and I’m here to help you find ways to thrive both on and off the field. In our sessions, we’ll work together to tackle any emotional or mental health concerns that might be affecting your college experience. I’m here to help you build some effective coping strategies, set healthy boundaries, and figure out what really matters to you.
